The approximate dimensions are 6.5" W x 3.0" H x 0.5" D.
Q. How much does the Monitor weigh?
A. The monitor weighs approximately 3.5 ounces, similiar to a CD case.
Q. Will the Monitor display each tire's pressure or will it simply indicate a low pressure warning?
A. The Monitor does both. Tire location and actual pressure can be displayed by simply pushing the 'UP' or 'DOWN' arrow. In instances of low pressure, both visual and audible alerts are transmitted.
Q. What happens when the tire pressure gets low?
A. When the tire pressure reaches 12.5% and 25% below the pressure determined during installation set-up, both audible and visual alerts will be given.
Q. What is the expected battery life for the Sensors?
A. The expected battery life for the Sensors is thee (3) to four (4) years.
Q. How is the tire pressure determined during installation set-up?
A. During the installation process, the Sensor is screwed onto the valve stem. The Sensor electronically senses the current tire psi and sends this information to the monitor.
Q. Does this tire pressure system work with a tow vehicle?
A. Yes, this system works well with the majority of tow vehicles: auto, truck, fifth wheel, boat trailer, horse trailer and others.
Q. How many tires can I monitor with Doran PressurePro system?
A. The RV system monitors up to 16 tires and the truck system monitors up to 34 tires.
Q. Is the tire pressure monitoring system expandable?
A. Yes, by just adding sensors, the system can expand to 16 tires maximum for the RV and 34 tires maximum for trucks.
Q. Do you need a remote antenna?
A. In some cases, a remote antenna is needed. If your RV has a metal skin, is a diesel pusher or is longer than 35 feet, a remote antenna is recommended to run the monitoring system. For truck systems, the remote antenna is included.
Q. Where is a remote antenna mounted?
A. The remote antenna is mounted inside the RV and is simple to install. For truck applications, the remote antenna is usually mounted in the rear crossbar of the tractor.
Q. What happens if my required tire pressure changes?
A. Remove the Sensor. Add or subtract air pressure in tire to new required level. Wait at least 1 minute then screw the Sensor back on.
Q. How has the system been tested?
A. This system has been tested in several conditions. The system has been tested to meet military standards and has been tested on the Chrysler Test Track at speeds over 200 mph.

Q. Is this system a Direct or Indirect system?
A. The PressurePro Tire Pressure Monitoring System is a Direct System which is the most accurate system on the market.
Q. If I purchase a new vehicle, can my system easily transfer?
A. Yes it can. The Sensors are just screwed off current vehicle's wheels and Monitor is unplugged. Reprogram the system to the new tires and you are on your way.
