HydranOx spent over 2 years on R&D of the product before they made their first sale. HydronOx is a compact device (4.25"w x 9" h) that can be accommodated easily in today's vehicles, yet while still making a significant amount of hydrogen gas to help change the burn ratios of the fuel to see savings. So What Exactly Is The HydranOx?
It is a simple and extremely efficient energy producing device. You can all remember science class where two wires were placed in a glass of water and when electricity was applied bubbles started forming on the wires. This reaction is called electrolysis. Passing electricity though water has the effect of breaking the water down into its two components, hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. HydranOx is a hydrogen generator with a unique difference. Why is HydranOx the best?
Having too much hydrogen gas and oxygen gas in the combustion chamber will have an adverse effect on a vehicle in the long run. After hydrogen is burnt, the residue is water, so the more hydrogen the more water, which is not good for a vehicle. Additionally, when you recombine hydrogen gas and oxygen gas under pressure, like what happens in the engines cylinders, a portion of the two gases converts into water vapor before the burning process, so even more water vapor is in the combustion compartment which turns to steam and has a negative effect on many things like lubricants, seals, cylinders and the cylinder walls. And then finally the steam/water goes out the exhaust ports where it can cause more problems like the exhaust ports, exhaust manifold, exhaust system, sensors and the catalytic converter. Modern fossil fuel burning vehicles are not engineered to have unaccounted amounts of water going through them. Oxygen also has a negative effect on the vehicle. After the extra oxygen leaves the exhaust ports, one of the many oxygen sensors pick up on that oxygen, and sends a lean signal to the computer. Which in-turn increases the fuel to burn the oxygen better trying to keep the perfect burn ratios for the vehicles emissions. So you will have to increase the hydrogen for fuel savings which adds more oxygen and water, also large amounts of hydrogen can throw off the vehicles timing. So there are many things that will have to be recalibrated like timing, oxygen sensors and the computer to except the changes, or they will need to be disabled which is against federal and most state laws if tampered with. Not to say what the vehicle is supposed to do with all that extra water coming out the exhaust ports, for the fix, will have to be a new stainless steel exhaust system. And what about the cylinders and the catalytic converter they don't like that much water going through them either. So think twice before you buy or build a hydrogen generator that will harm your vehicle in many different ways.

As you see having the right amount of hydrogen gas is critical for the burn ratios of the vehicles computer and it’s better to have less hydrogen gas than too much. So don’t build or buy a hydrogen generator that in a short period of time will hurt your vehicle. Go with the one that has been tested. Go with the one that separates out the oxygen gas. New to HydranOx Model 5000: The HydranOx Cooler which helps the model 5000 in two ways. First the cooler stabilizes the heat of the electrolyte. Second it allows us to manipulate the parts per million of the electrolyte in doing so we are able to increase the hydrogen output for vehicles that need it . We are happy to offer two models: H51 for the use with a single HydranOx 5000 unit which is good on most vehicles, and the H52 which is for use with two of the Model 5000 units mated together. We have found this latter setup to be a good match for light diesels trucks and the larger 6.0 gas engines on some SUVs. The Cooler is a must for vehicles with a lot of highway use, stop and go traffic or the southern states with high tempertures in the summer. We have found the coolers to be so useful that all units will be sold with them from this point on.
