We all know the feeling, every time we shift into reverse-- "am I about to hit something?!". You can fit a compact car, or frankly an entire preschool class, behind a full-size SUV or van. So the idea is simple: use the BackTracker®'s ultrasonic sonars to detect objects behind your vehicle. Warning beeps let you know that there is an obstacle behind you. The beeps speed up as you get closer, allowing you to judge distances and avoid accidents. Reversing accidents range from the annoying, to the costly, to the unthinkable. But when you have a BackTracker, you back up with confidence. Parallel parking becomes a breeze, and paint scratches from backing into parking barriers become a thing of the past. Most importantly, backing up becomes a whole lot safer.

BackTracker parking sensors look like they came with the vehicle from the factory. They are used in port-of-entry and dealer installation programs, where they must meet the exacting standards of the vehicle manufacturer.

What makes BackTracker different?

Ultrasonic Sensors - Detect objects behind your vehicle, beeps faster as they get closer. The right sensor for the application: the Sporty sensor is small, flat, and stylish. It looks good straight from the box, or can be painted to match the vehicle for a sporty "original equipment" look. Our Perdana style sensors are heavy duty and look right at home on the most serious of vehicles.
Latest Assymmetric Sensing Technology - Technology developed for luxury cars & SUV's. Wide, 160 horizontal detection angle gives even, solid coverage w/ minimum blind spots. Narrower vertical sensing angle means fewer false trips. We also provide a conventional conical pattern in our heavy duty sensors.

BackTracker's maker: Xenso has adapted the latest 3rd-generation asymmetric sensing technology developed for European luxury cars. Moreover, Xenso developed their exclusive zero "quiet zone" technology. To this day, many ultrasonic parking sensors are still not capable of detecting an object just inches away. But BackTracker can.

Four - Sensor	Two - Sensor
These are most popular, because they offer the best coverage. An LCD display which may optionally be installed. The system response is tailored so that the outer sensors are restricted to to shorter ranges-- allowing great coverage with few false alarms.	Perfect for compact vehicles or more cost-sensitive applications. A two sensor system costs less, and installation is less expensive because there are two fewer sensors to install. These can make a great supplement for a camera backup system, or a high-mounted system for detecting overhangs.
